The Future of Work

One of the things which caused me to have a strong reaction was the fact that a "career" is no longer going to be a viable option for many people in the future. It is my belief that society functions best when everyone has a particular job to do, and with this new direction this doesn't seem to be the case. The second thing that I reacted to was thinking how effective will this be in the non-technological counties. And the third was, how do we make it benefit those countries.

So far my educational career has not been very focused on how to utilize technology in the classroom, with this class, and a music technology class I took.

Introduction

Hello! I am Brandon Haggerty. I am a Music Education major at Fairmont State University. I am from Shinnston West Virginia, and I would like to teach a high school music program that includes marching band, concert band, jazz band, percussion ensemble, choir and show choir. I believe that music is a powerful influence in children's lives, both in and out of school, giving them a positive creative and emotional output.
